Retention Specialist (f/m/o)

Location: Warsaw

PURPOSE OF ROLE

The purpose of the role is to support the Finance Retention process within the dealer network of a modern luxury automotive brand through active cooperation with Dealers, operational process support, and activities aimed at increasing customer retention and supporting the achievement of F&I business targets.

The role supports coordination of processes, reporting, and data flow between the Importer, Dealers, and finance partners, having a direct impact on customer lifecycle management, loyalty, and overall business performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support the Finance Retention process across the dealer network
• Actively cooperate with Dealers in identifying and supporting customers approaching finance contract maturity
• Support Dealers in managing the retention pipeline and day-to-day operational activities
• Maintain regular contact with Dealers and participate in dealer visits supporting the development of the retention process
• Monitor basic KPIs and support reporting related to Finance Retention and F&I performance
• Manage and administrate data related to the Finance Retention process
• Ensure data quality and accuracy of information used in reporting and online systems
• Manage lead flow between the Importer, Dealers, and finance partners
• Support management of online calculators and financial/insurance-related data
• Support preparation of business analyses, reports, and summaries
• Participate in process, tool, and customer experience improvements
• Cooperate with Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, and F&I departments
• Support joint initiatives and events organized with finance partners and Dealers

Who are we looking for?

Apply if you have:

• Experience in automotive, financial services, sales support, or dealer network cooperation would be an advantage
• Understanding of sales, finance, retention, and customer lifecycle management processes
• Experience in working with data, reporting, and KPI monitoring
• Good knowledge of Excel and reporting tools (Power BI would be an advantage)
• Ability to work in a dynamic business environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in cooperation with business partners and stakeholder management
• Willingness to travel regularly and participate in dealer visits
• Very good organizational and coordination skills
