JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Officer e plays a critical role in shaping and elevating the organization’s brand presence, driving premium positioning, market engagement, and customer perception within the automotive and mobility space.
This role goes beyond traditional marketing execution by combining strategic thinking, data-driven insights, and high-quality content development to deliver impactful and differentiated campaigns. The role is responsible for ensuring that all marketing initiatives consistently reflect a cohesive, premium, and technology-forward brand image.
The ideal candidate is a creative and analytically driven marketer with a strong understanding of evolving consumer behavior, digital ecosystems, and emerging mobility trends. They must be able to translate complex product features and innovations into clear, compelling, and aspirational narratives that resonate with target audiences.
Success in this role requires the ability to balance brand integrity with commercial outcomes, delivering effective campaigns that drive both customer engagement and business performance.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that align with brand positioning and sales objectives.
Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics in the EV and tech sectors.
Identify opportunities to incorporate cutting-edge technology into marketing campaigns and product storytelling.
Ensure all strategies reinforce premium positioning and target customer segmentation, not just volume-driven growth
2. Brand Development & Communications
Strengthen and elevate brand identity through high-quality, aspirational, and technology-led storytelling
Manage and grow presence across social media platforms, ensuring consistent, tech-driven engagement.
Craft compelling marketing messages that translate technical features (e.g., ADAS, smart cockpit, autonomous driving) into user-friendly benefits.
3. Digital Marketing & Content Creation
Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) using data-driven insights.
Create content—including videos, infographics, and posts—that highlights technological advantages and lifestyle appeal.
Use analytics tools to track campaign performance and optimize maximum ROI.
Ensure all digital content and campaigns align with premium brand standards and visual consistency
4. Events & Product Launches
Design and execute premium, immersive brand experiences including product launches, test drive events, and technology showcases
Collaborate with partners, media, influencers, and communities to elevate brand visibility.
Ensure customer‑facing events clearly communicate brand innovation and value proposition.
Ensure all events deliver consistent, high-quality customer experience aligned with brand positioning
5. Market Research & Insights
Monitor EV industry trends, consumer tech behavior, and digital marketing innovations.
Provide insights into management to support product positioning and promotional strategies.
Benchmark marketing approach against global competitors and EV leaders.
6. Lead Management & Conversion
Manage end-to-end lead funnel from generation to conversion in collaboration with Sales team
Track and optimize key metrics including lead volume, cost per lead (CPL), conversion rate, and sales pipeline health
Ensure timely follow-up and proper lead assignment through CRM systems
Continuously improve lead quality through campaign optimization and audience targeting
Balance lead generation targets with lead quality and brand positioning considerations
7. Demand Planning & Supply Alignment
Align marketing campaigns with vehicle availability, inventory levels, and production allocation
Support demand forecasting by providing market insights, campaign projections, and customer trends
Monitor stock ageing and recommend targeted campaigns to optimize inventory movement
Collaborate with Sales and Operations to balance demand generation with supply constraints
8. Data Analysis & Business Intelligence
Develop and maintain marketing performance dashboards covering campaigns, leads, and conversion metrics
Analyze data to generate actionable insights that support business decisions and sales performance
Provide regular reporting (weekly/monthly) on marketing effectiveness, ROI, and market trends
Use data-driven approach to continuously refine marketing strategies and improve outcomes
9. Marketing Intelligence
Establish structured market intelligence tracking including competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer behavior
Provide periodic intelligence reports to support strategic planning and product positioning
Identify opportunities and risks in the EV market and recommend proactive marketing actions
10. Brand Governance & Experience Standards
Ensure all marketing initiatives consistently reflect a premium, cohesive, and technology-forward brand image
Maintain strict control over brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all channels and touchpoints
Balance commercial objectives with brand integrity, ensuring campaigns do not dilute long-term brand positioning
Review and refine customer-facing materials and campaigns to meet high-quality and premium experience standards

Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Or HND in Sales and Marketing or equivalent with 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in automotive, technology, or digital‑first industries.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Tech savvy with a deep interest in emerging technology, EV innovation, AI advancements, and mobility trends.
