Our Commercial Excellence VP is seeking a Head of Aftersales Americas to join our team. In this position you will be responsible for defining the Regional Aftersales Strategy and setting common standards across markets, driving sustainable growth in parts and service throughout the aftersales journey, in alignment with Optimise and Accelerate+ priorities.
What you’ll do
- Define and lead the Regional Aftersales Strategy, establishing standards, operating models and governance mechanisms across markets.
- Create and lead the Regional Aftersales Center of Expertise, consolidating knowledge and scaling best practices, tools and methodologies across the region.
- Act as a strategic partner and challenger to market Aftersales leaders, driving the development of the spare parts business and overall Aftersales management to ensure profitability, a strong customer experience and higher retention.
- Drive regional performance through the definition and monitoring of key KPIs, optimizing profitability, operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Align and manage regional and local stakeholders, influencing in a matrix environment to ensure consistent results across the region.
About you
To be successful in this role you will be:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial areas, business development, or product management in industries with complementary service or related.
- At least 3 years in leadership roles (management level).
- Experience leading process standardization and the implementation of best practices, managing strategic projects with a strong results-driven focus.
- Advanced English level
