Our ERP Platform is seeking a Financial Application Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic development of our global Coupa system and other financial applications (Basware, Blackline, etc.). This role involves managing a team of Financial Applications Analysts, ensuring system performance, and driving continuous improvement across a global environment.

What You'll Do

Lead and develop a team of Financial Applications Analysts.
Oversee system administration, user support, and change management.
Manage workload and priorities across regions for timely issue resolution.
Maintain system configuration, workflow design, and user access compliance.
Serve as the escalation point for complex system issues and stakeholder communication.
Collaborate with Procurement and Finance teams to translate business needs into system solutions.
Monitor data quality, system integrity, and ERP integrations.
Support system updates, new features, and process improvements.
Drive compliance with internal controls, audits, and governance policies

About You

5+ years working with Coupa, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Knowledge of other financial applications (Basware, Blackline, Concur) is a plus.
Strong experience with Coupa modules: Procure-to-Pay, Invoicing, Supplier Management.
Leadership and team development experience in global environments.
Familiarity with SAP ERP integration is an advantage.
Excellent project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Coupa certifications preferred.
Understanding of procurement and finance best practices.
