Job Title: People Services Advisor
Department: People Services, People Team
Reports To: People Services Manager, APAC

An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and customer-focused People Services Advisor to join our Regional Team. In this entry-level role, you will provide administrative and first-line support across the employee lifecycle for the Philippines as the primary market and support other APAC markets as required.
You will play an important role in delivering a positive employee experience by responding to routine employee inquiries, processing transactions accurately, and supporting People Services activities in line with established processes and service standards. This role provides an excellent opportunity to build a career in Human Resources within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Provide first-level People Services support and respond to routine employee and manager inquiries through various intake channels.
• Process employee lifecycle transactions accurately and in accordance with established procedures and service level agreements.
• Review submitted documentation and escalate incomplete or complex requests when appropriate.
• Create and maintain case records within the ticketing system and ensure requests are updated and closed appropriately.
• Follow up on open requests and maintain regular communication with employees and stakeholders regarding request status.
• Support onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding administration activities.
• Maintain employee data accuracy and confidentiality in HR systems.
• Assist with document preparation, reporting, and People Services administrative tasks.
• Work collaboratively with People Services team members and HR colleagues to resolve routine inquiries.
• Develop knowledge of HR processes, systems, policies, and procedures through training and on-the-job experience.
• Contribute ideas for improving team processes and service delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Experience
• No prior HR experience required, or up to 1 year of administrative, customer service, shared services, or HR support experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Exposure to HR systems, ticketing systems, or shared services environments is advantageous but not required.
• Ability to work in a hybrid work arrangement.
• Ability to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday (Manila Time).

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Knowledge
• Basic understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle activities preferred.
• Willingness to learn employment legislation, HR policies, and People Services processes.

Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Abilities
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Ability to follow established procedures and work instructions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Demonstrates initiative and a willingness to learn and develop professionally.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
