Section 430(2B) Companies Act 2006 – Gijsbert de Zoeten
Inchcape plc (the “Company”) announced on 28 November 2022 that Mr de Zoeten has left the Board. He will be leaving the group at a date to be specified, but no later than 26 November 2023.
The Company will continue to pay his base salary and contractual benefits until he leaves the group[, with the amount payable to be based on an annual salary of £536,681.64, an annual private medical contribution of £2,011.95, an annual car allowance of £14,520 (plus annual petrol allowance of £1,500) and an annual pension contribution of £53,668].
Mr de Zoeten will not receive any annual bonus and his share awards granted under the Company’s share incentive plans will lapse (save that his option granted under the Inchcape 2014 SAYE Share Option Plan will be treated in accordance with the rules of that plan).
He will not receive any payment for loss of office.
