

Managing Director, Inchcape Australasia
Colin began his career in 1995 with KPMG before joining Inchcape Australia in 1996, where he was promoted through a variety of roles, which have provided a comprehensive range of valuable experience. These included Company Accountant for Volkswagen, Finance Manager in Inchcape Retail, Business Development Manager in the Inchcape Group and Commercial Manager in AutoNexus. Colin’s first Subaru appointment was in 2008 and he has since held several senior roles in finance and aftersales, and sales and marketing.
In October 2016 Colin was appointed Managing Director of Subaru Australia, where he oversaw the operations and growth of the brand in Australia. Colin was appointed Managing Director of Inchcape Australasia in June 2020 and is Chairman of Subaru Australia.
Married with two children, Colin is a fan of all things sports related.

Finance Director, Inchcape Australasia
Faiyaz joined Inchcape in 2006 as the Group Management Accountant and has progressed through several areas of our business during his tenure, including being appointed Financial Controller in 2011, Senior Finance Manager Systems Implementation in 2016 and Group Commercial Manager in 2017.
In 2019, Faiyaz was appointed Head of Commercial Finance before taking on the role of General Manager Commercial Finance in 2021. In August 2024, Faiyaz was appointed Finance Director for the Australasian market.

Managing Director, Distribution Businesses
Blair joined Subaru New Zealand in 2004, working through a number of areas of the business before taking on an Executive Team role as Aftersales Manager.
In June 2008 Blair moved across the Tasman to Subaru Australia, taking on the role of Aftersales, Sales and Marketing Manager, then Business Development Manager for Aftersales. Most recently his role had been GM Sales and Aftersales.
In September 2020, Blair stepped in to lead the Subaru Australia business as General Manager and was formally appointed Managing Director of Subaru Australia in December 2021, joining the Inchcape Australasia Leadership Group. In April 2024, Blair assumed the role of Managing Director, Distribution Businesses for the Inchcape Australasia Group and joined the Executive Committee.
A true car nut, Blair’s first job after leaving university was with a rally team. In his spare time Blair still competes in rallying as a co-driver.

Managing Director, Operations
David joined Inchcape as Subaru Australia’s General Manager Finance and Operations in August 2018.
In June 2019, Inchcape Australia’s Retail businesses were added to his portfolio. Shortly thereafter, David also added Peugeot and Citroën distribution to his responsibilities. David joined the Inchcape Australasia Leadership Group in June 2020, when he was promoted to Finance Director of the Inchcape Australasia Group. In April 2024, David was appointed Managing Director, Operations for the Inchcape Australasia Group and joined the Executive Committee.
Prior to joining Inchcape, he held a variety of finance leadership roles, in a variety of industries such as Construction, Chemical, Aviation and Utility, settling in the Water industry for 13 years, as the Finance Director for two large USA multinationals.
David enjoys all things sports, particularly cricket and league, and is a football tragic spending early mornings following the European league. He enjoys cooking, trying new recipes and cuisines from around the world.

Marketing Director, Inchcape Australasia
Amanda first joined Subaru Australia as National Retail Advertising Manager in 2005 and throughout her time with the company has held a variety of marketing roles prior to her appointment to General Manager Marketing Subaru Australia in April 2017. In December 2021, Amanda was appointed Marketing Director, Inchcape Australasia.
Prior to joining Subaru, Amanda worked in London as a Communications Coordinator for the Department of Health after her Marketing and Communications roles across various automotive retail companies, including Inchcape Automotive Retail.
Amanda is a passionate marketer with a deep understanding and experience across the full breadth of marketing functions. With 20 years’ automotive experience, Amanda is inspired by the endless possibilities for consumer engagement, the excitement of pending change within the industry and a love of consumer insights.
Whilst achieving record results at work, Amanda’s personal time is spent with her precious son, Oliver, and husband, Matt, and counts paddle boarding, surfing, oil painting and photography amongst her hobbies.

People Director, Inchcape Australasia
During her time with Inchcape, Teresa has held a number of positions since joining as HR Manager – Corporate Functions in February 2016. After a brief stint as HR Manager for Bankstown Airport, Teresa rejoined the Inchcape business as HR Manager AutoNexus in May 2018, before being promoted in January 2020 to General Manager Human Resources Subaru Australia followed by her appointment as General Manager Human Resources Inchcape Australia in November 2020. In December 2021, Teresa was appointed People Director, Inchcape Australasia. Prior to joining Inchcape, Teresa held various HR roles at Pegasus Print Group, Valspar and OneSteel.
With over 20 years’ experience in the field across a broad spectrum of human resource management functions, Teresa is passionate about change management, including cultural change, policy development and coaching/mentoring. Teresa enjoys fostering a supportive work environment for all employees and working at a strategic and operational level to build strong business partnering relationships.
Teresa is married with two children and enjoys cooking up delicious recipes to share with loved ones. She enjoys an active lifestyle, participating in bootcamps, running and soccer; a sport she loves watching her boys play as well.

General Counsel and Company Secretary, Inchcape Australasia
From early 2004, Tony served as Inchcape Australia’s Legal Counsel before moving to Senior Legal Counsel in 2008 and was later appointed Group Legal Counsel in mid-2010. Whilst remaining within the Inchcape Australia business, Tony took on the role of General Counsel – Legal & Compliance for Subaru Australia in 2018. With over two decades of legal knowledge and experience, in July 2022 Tony was appointed General Counsel and Company Secretary for Inchcape Australasia and joined the Leadership Group. Since 2018, Tony has been the Chair of the Federal Chamber of Automotive Industries Legal Committee.
Prior to his time at Inchcape, Tony served as General Counsel and Company Secretary for REX Airlines and started his career as an Associate Attorney at Coudert Brothers LLP.
An aspiring pilot in his earlier life, Tony has undertaken flight training to first solo level. In his spare time, Tony enjoys playing competitive football, participating in car club days, travel, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

General Manager, Inchcape New Zealand
Kym first joined Inchcape as Franchise Director for bravoauto in September 2023, and in March 2024, was appointed General Manager, Inchcape New Zealand, assuming responsibility for the overall business performance of the New Zealand operations.
Commencing his career in the automotive industry as a Graduate, Kym gained comprehensive knowledge across sales, service, and management roles. During his 17-year tenure at Mazda Australia, he held executive positions, emphasising customer support and operational excellence. Throughout his career, Kym has developed a passion and talent for fostering inclusive workplace cultures and advocates for ongoing learning and development. A graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, he believes in the transformative power of governance and sustainability practices.
Outside of work, Kym enjoys spending time with his family and Bee, their Cavoodle, volunteering for Surf Lifesaving, supporting his children’s sports activities, watching AFL and reading a good book, while also mentoring students at RMIT University.

General Manager, Subaru Australia
Scott joined Subaru Australia as a participant of the Graduate program in 2011, immersing himself in a comprehensive, multi-year rotational program that provided him with a strong understanding of all aspects of the brand’s business operations.
In the decade since, Scott has built his career in the sales, operations and retailer management areas of the business, first taking on the role as Business Manager, before progressing to NSW State Manager and subsequently, National Sales and Operations Manager. In 2020, he moved into the role of National Sales Manager, Subaru Australia, where he was instrumental in driving growth and fostering enduring partnerships across the Subaru Retail Network.
In April 2024, Scott was appointed General Manager, Subaru Australia, and joined Inchcape’s Executive Leadership Team.
Away from work, Scott cherishes spending time with his wife and children, and gives back to his community by volunteering as a firefighter.

General Manager, DEEPAL Australia
Cormac Cafolla joined Inchcape in September 2024 as General Manager, DEEPAL Australia.
With extensive experience in the automotive industry both in Australia and internationally, Cormac has honed his expertise in network and sales leadership, and implemented strategies that help drive the transition to electric mobility. Throughout his tenure at Jaguar Land Rover, Cormac played a pivotal role in driving strategic performance and growth, developing and implementing retail strategies for international markets, and spearheading the electrification initiative. Prior to this, Cormac managed the development of the Audi Australia retail network during a significant growth period.
Before venturing into Automotive, Cormac led the delivery of significant civil infrastructure and commercial real estate projects in Ireland and Europe. With a degree in Engineering and Masters in Project and Business Management, Cormac combines this foundation with his cross-industry expertise to drive business performance, profitability, transformation, and strategic growth.
Cormac is a family man and with wife Laura, they have 3 young kids and spend a lot of time beside either a pool, pitch or gymnastics hall. Cormac is also an avid Liverpool FC fan and part-time junior football coach.

General Manager, Peugeot Citroën Australia
David Owen joined Inchcape in July 2024 as General Manger, Peugeot Citroën Australia.
With over three decades of experience in the automotive industry, David has honed a deep expertise in marketing, sales, product distribution, network management and aftersales. His extensive career, including a significant tenure at Ford Australia, has equipped him with profound insights into the Australian and broader Asia-Pacific market, making him a seasoned leader in the sector.
A dedicated family man, David is married with two teenage daughters. Together, they share a passion for travel and during their time living in China, they developed a love of Asian cuisine and culture. Committed to staying active, David enjoys a range of fitness activities, from bootcamps and cycling to running and swimming, with a particular fondness for sporting activities with his family.

General Manager, FOTON Australia
Glen Cooper joined Inchcape in September 2024 as National Sales Manager, FOTON Australia, before being appointed General Manager, FOTON Australia in January 2025.
Glen joins Inchcape with extensive experience in Sales and Aftersales within the truck and commercial vehicle sectors. Throughout his career, Glen has developed expertise in driving business performance and fostering growth in the automotive industry. Most recently, he led dealer business improvement training programs at Deloitte Automotive Services. Prior to that, he was National Sales & Marketing Manager for Fuso Truck and Bus, where he shaped market strategy and drove sales performance.
Outside of work, Glen is a proud husband and father who enjoys camping in the great outdoors, playing a round of golf, cheering on the Richmond Tigers, and catching up for a chat with friends, both old and new.

Director of Transformation, Inchcape Australasia
Nathan Viviani first joined Inchcape Australia in 2008 working across finance and insurance prior to becoming National Business Trainer for the retail business, bringing a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement. Throughout his career, Nathan has held leadership roles across a wide range of business functions, including strategic programs, change management, operations, and organisational capability. Nathan’s expertise in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives, and his ability to lead large-scale transformation projects are complemented by his passion for operational excellence, strategic program management, and digital transformation.
With a brief interlude at Volkswagen Financial Services, where he honed his skills in market strategy and product development, Nathan has consistently demonstrated his ability to deliver results across diverse global markets. His broad experience spans Agile transformation, digital product development, organisational capability building, and P&L management. Nathan has a proven track record in fostering collaboration, leading high-performing teams, and driving business outcomes aligned to a strategic direction.
Nathan earned his Executive MBA from the University of Technology, Sydney’s Business School, is a qualified SAFe6 Agilist, and is certified in workplace training and assessment. In 2025, he will sit his CAPM and PMP exams achieving global project management certification. Outside work, he is a sports and music tragic, loves some trivia, and is happiest spending time outside with his wife and three young kids.

Head of Strategic Growth, Inchcape Australasia
Kate Gillis has worked for Inchcape since November 2017, joining as General Manager of Marketing for the Trivett retail business, before moving across to Peugeot Citroën Australia (“PCA”) as General Manager of Marketing in July 2019.
In June 2020, Kate was appointed General Manager, Peugeot Citroën Australia, and was formally appointed Managing Director of Peugeot Citroën Australia in December 2021, joining the Inchcape Australasia Leadership Group. In July 2024, Kate took on a new role as Head of Strategic Growth for Inchcape Australasia.
She has considerable experience with global consumer brands in both marketing and product development, most notably some 17 years with Waterford Wedgwood, where she held the role of Marketing Director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), before returning to Australia.

Managing Director, AutoNexus
Craig joined Inchcape Australia in April 2019 as Franchise Director, responsible for the sales and aftersales divisions of Sydney-based Inchcape Automotive Retail outlets for Subaru, Peugeot and Citroën.
In April 2023, Craig was appointed Managing Director AutoNexus with responsibility for the logistics, transport, fulfilment and warehousing operations of Inchcape Australasia.
Bringing over three decades of experience in the automotive sector, Craig has held a variety of roles during his career and is known for his strong business partnering skills and ability to build exceptional teams. He spent over a decade as a Financial Controller before moving into a variety of dealership General Manager and Dealer Principal roles across multiple brands including Lexus, BMW and Audi. Craig then established his own consultancy firm, providing his expert motor industry knowledge to various clients including Toyota Motor Corporation Australia and Harley Davison Australia, before returning to retail as Managing Director of Southern Motor Group; then Dealer Principal and General Manager of Marketing and Customer Development Centre (eBusiness) for Peter Warren Automotive.
In his free time Craig enjoys golf, cycling and going to the gym.

Franchise Director
As Franchise Director, Mark is responsible for the sales and aftersales divisions of Sydney and Melbourne-based Inchcape Automotive Retail outlets for Subaru, Peugeot, and Citroën.
Mark brings over two decades’ worth of experience as an operations specialist to the role and draws on expertise crafted across new and used vehicle operations and project management. Starting his career as a Sales Cadet, Mark continued to immerse himself in the automotive industry spending a decade progressing through the ranks in new vehicle sales before expanding his knowledge into the used vehicle market.
Since joining Inchcape in 2011, Mark has held a variety of management positions across the Inchcape Automotive Retail business representing Subaru, Peugeot, and Citroën, contributed significantly to several projects and has been responsible for the opening of five dealerships across the brands, including during the 2017 acquisition of the Peugeot and Citroën brands.
In 2019, Mark was appointed Head of Sales Operations for the Melbourne sites of Inchcape Automotive Retail, before becoming Franchise Director in January 2022. In April 2023, Mark was appointed Franchise Director across Sydney and Melbourne.
As an avid lover of camping and all things outdoors, Mark often embarks on adventures in his caravan to destinations where a fishing rod is a must-have. Mark is happily married with two children and a playful Labrador, Lenny.
