Driving impact through our Digital Delivery Centers

At Inchcape, our ambition is to provide the most sustainable route to market for our OEM partners through a low carbon, people-focused, community driven, and high-integrity approach. As the automotive industry undergoes rapid transformation, Inchcape is investing in digital tools that streamline operations, improve efficiencies and reduce environmental impact.
Our Digital Delivery Centers (DDCs) are at the heart of this transformation, with cloud migration enabling us to consolidate our data centres, reduce our electricity consumption, and support our global environmental commitments.
We also empower our business with digital tools and data-led insights to enhance understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and the adoption rates of New Energy Vehicles (NEVs) across our 38 markets.
In Colombia and the Philippines, our hubs drive more than digital capability; they foster innovation, inclusion, and positive community impact. From launching tech careers to supporting women entering the workforce, our DDCs are closing opportunity gaps through locally tailored initiatives.

Across the DDCs, our Inchpact Programme equips women with the technical skills needed to enter and succeed in digital roles. Since its launch in 2022, we trained 96 women, with over half joining Inchcape’s digital teams.
DDC Philippines launched a Student Development Programme giving graduate students the opportunity to gain real-world digital experience. Supporting Inchcape’s broader commitment to gender diversity, the latest two programme cohorts were all female, and 35 participants from three cohorts have since been hired into the DDC.

And because inclusion spans generations, we’ve launched a dedicated 50+ Programme to actively support professionals over the age of 50, recognising the value of experience and promoting age diversity.
These programmes are underpinned by a culture of inclusion: women now make up 43% of our DDC workforce. As Inchcape continues to grow its digital capabilities, we’re equally focused on creating an inclusive culture, where our colleagues are empowered to learn and future-proof their careers.
Through the DDCs, we’re shaping a sustainable and inclusive digital future. By bringing together diverse perspectives and helping our colleagues realise their maximum potential, we ensure technology remains a driver of innovation and equity, as we transform tomorrow, together.
