Our success comes from a shared commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction and working hand-in-hand with our OEM partner, Toyota, to combine their renowned quality with our local expertise. Over the years, we have consistently adapted to the evolving Romanian market, embracing innovation and collaborating with Toyota to align strategies and goals. This has allowed us to grow together, building a loyal customer base and reinforcing Toyota’s reputation as a reliable and trusted brand in Romania.
Inchcape brings together digital insights and local expertise to support OEM partners. How has this approach helped Toyota grow its presence and customer base in Romania over the past two and a half decades?

Over time, this has allowed us to better understand evolving customer needs, improve consistency across the dealer network and continuously enhance the customer experience.
