Interim President Director, Indonesia & Regional Director, Strategy & Transformation, APAC

Colin Christie currently serves as the Interim President Director of Inchcape Indonesia, concurrently holding the role of Regional Director of Strategy & Transformation for Asia-Pacific. Based in Singapore, Colin is responsible for driving the execution of Inchcape’s Accelerate+ strategy across the APAC region, supporting markets in scaling and optimising their businesses through Distribution Excellence and Value-Added Services, with the ambition to double the size of the region by 2030.

Colin began his career in 1995 with KPMG before joining Inchcape Australia in 1996, where he was promoted through a variety of roles, which have provided a comprehensive range of valuable experience. These included Company Accountant for Volkswagen, Finance Manager in Inchcape Retail, Business Development Manager in the Inchcape Group and Commercial Manager in AutoNexus. Colin’s first Subaru appointment was in 2008 and he has since held several senior roles in finance and aftersales, and sales and marketing.

Prior to the Regional Director role, Colin was Managing Director of Inchcape Australasia, responsible for all businesses for Australia and New Zealand from 2020 until March 2025.

Finance Director

Patra Azwar, with a robust academic foundation and an exemplary career spanning over 24 years, he has been appointed as the Finance Director of Inchcape Indonesia in September 2024.

Holding a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Indonesia (2000) and a master’s degree in Management and Business from IPB University (cum laude, 2012). His qualifications are further distinguished by his certification as a CPA from the Indonesian Institute of Accountants (IAI, 2003).

He brings 24 years of financial expertise, honed across the Asia-Pacific region, including stints in Japan, China, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia. Prior to joining Inchcape Indonesia, he served as Finance Director at Goodyear Indonesia Tbk, where he held various regional and international roles since 2004, progressively moving through leadership positions in Shanghai, Japan, and Manila.

Gerry Kertowidjojo, serving as the President Director at PT JLM Auto Indonesia since 2021, previously held the position of President Director at Indomobil Prima Energi in Jakarta, Indonesia. With a wealth of experience, he has successfully overseen distributorships for Jaguar Land Rover and ExxonMobil in Indonesia. His illustrious career includes senior leadership roles at PT Indomobil Edukasi Utama, Salim Group, and Achilles Tire (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.

Gerry holds a degree in Business / Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.

Constantinus Herlijoso assumed the role of General Manager at Inchcape Indomobil Energi Baru in 2023. Before this, he held senior Sales positions at PT. Hyundai Motors Indonesia and Eurokars Motor Indonesia, and leadership roles at Astra International for Peugeot and BMW.

Constantinus is a master’s degree holder in finance from Prasetiya Mulya Business School and holds a degree in Fisheries from IPB University.

Stefanus Asiantara assumed the role of General Manager at GWM Retail in 2023. With a versatile career spanning over 15 years across diverse sectors like hospitality, media broadcasting, F&B retail, and automotive industries, Stefanus brings a wealth of adaptable skills. His expertise includes sales planning, strategy, and execution, honed through impactful roles at BMW Group Indonesia, PT Nissan Motor Indonesia, PT Tata Motors Distribusi Indonesia, and PT Ford Motor Indonesia.

Stefanus holds a Master of Business Administration from Institut Pengembangan Manajemen Indonesia and a Diploma in Hotel Administration from Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung.

Ingbert Grombach assumed the role of General Manager for the Assembly Plant in 2023. With a rich background in automotive manufacturing and quality management, Ingbert has held key leadership positions at Mercedes-Benz Vietnam, Mercedes-Benz Indonesia, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia and Daimler AG. As Vice President of the Production Plant and Plant Leader, he has successfully led high-performing production teams and implemented stringent quality standards, showcasing a robust track record in the automotive industry.

Ingbert holds a Diploma in Plastic Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt, Germany.
