INCHCAPE UK: BMW Colchester sales consultant wins Performance in People (PiP) annual Customer Experience (CX) Award 2017

August 2017: An Inchcape BMW UK sales consultant based at the Group’s BMW Colchester site, Jane Talbot, has won a Behavioural Measurement Score (“BMS”) Award at the inaugural Performance in People (PiP) Customer Experience (CX) Day. The award was in recognition for her outstanding customer service skills. 

The PiP Customer Experience Day brings together senior customer experience professionals from an array of world class brands, and offers attendees the opportunity to network and share best practise on the delivery of customer service excellence across various UK industries.

Kevin Appleton, Head of Business at Cooper Colchester BMW / MINI, said: “This award is an acknowledgement of Jane Talbot’s outstanding customer service skills and her ability to deliver strong results. The recognition of Jane’s performance is also another great example of how Inchcape UK is leading the way in the delivery of a superior customer experience in our industry.”

This year’s event was hosted by Vodafone at their headquarters in Newbury with more than 120 customer experience professionals from national and global brands including John Lewis, Next and Tesco, amongst others.
