Hong Kong: Crown Motors receives ‘Outstanding Customer Service Award’ for 9th Consecutive Year
Crown Motor Limited, Inchcape’s subsidiary business in Hong Kong, has been awarded the prestigious “Outstanding Customer Service Award” by the Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) for the ninth consecutive year.
Held in March 2016, Mr. Yoshitaka Nakamura, the General Manager of TMC China, Asia & Oceania Dept., and Mr. Takahiro Suzuki, Field Operation Manager, came from Japan to Hong Kong for the award presentation which was a tribute to the dedicated daily efforts of the customer service personnel.
The award, introduced in 2007, has been won by Crown Motors for nine consecutive years, making it one of only five Toyota Distributors in the world to have accomplished this. The Toyota Customer Service Excellence Award programme is aimed at enhancing the integrity of overall customer service and involves the evaluation of KPIs, as well as maintaining a high performance in the areas of; Fundamentals Enhancement, Customer Service Improvement, Operations Kaizen Enhancement, Technical Service Skills & Quality Improvement, Parts Supply Operations Enhancement and Value Chain Enhancement.
