UK: Inchcape Fleet Solutions achieves Institute of Customer Service ServiceMark Accreditation
November 2014: Inchcape’s fleet management and leasing business, Inchcape Fleet Solutions (IFS), has become the first fleet management company to be awarded the ServiceMark Accreditation from the Institute of Customer Service, the UK’s professional body for customer service.
IFS was awarded with the prestigious ServiceMark Accreditation in recognition of the work their Customer Service teams do every day to ensure all customers receive the highest levels of service: from the moment of enquiry, right through to the delivery of products/services, the provision of aftersales care and support together with the successful resolution of any issues raised.
The ServiceMark Accreditation was based on results taken from extensive staff and customer engagement surveys, following a thorough on-site assessment of Inchcape Fleet Solution's customer experience and satisfaction levels by an Institute of Customer Service independent assessor.
