PERU: Opening of a flagship BMW retail centre
JULY 2013 - Inchcape Motors Peru is delighted to have opened a flagship BMW retail facility in Lima, which is also the largest BMW retail centre in South America.
The brand new site, built to BMW’s highest standards, has a fantastic BMW model offering in a stunning showroom as well as a pioneering, full-service centre offering.
It is the one of the first retail centres in the world to be built to BMW’s highest quality and efficiency standards, and it is the first automotive retail centre in Latin America awarded the prestigious LEED certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design). This means the retail centre has met rigorous standards of commitment to caring for the environment during the construction, and that it is a sustainable building.
In addition, customers will have an ultimate experience in the centre, ranging from the exclusive BMW LifeStyle and Original Accessories Boutique, through to a new concept of after-sales service “BMW ServiceConnect: Greater efficiency. New experience.” For the first time ever in Peru, all BMW vehicles purchased at the showroom will receive a BMW warranty of four years, plus four years of free maintenance, providing customers with unbeatable value as well as a unique offering.
BMW ServiceConnect’s offering includes industry pioneering concepts such as a ‘Quick Service’ appointment, where customers can take their cars and have them serviced within two hours and can enjoy a meal at the dining facilities. BMW Service Connect will also have a mobile service unit that will enable BMW go to the customer at home, providing significant efficiency benefits for customers.
BMW’s CEO of Latin America and the Caribbean, Rolf Epp, and Inchcape Group Chief Executive, André Lacroix attended the official opening in July along with automotive industry executives.
