CHILE: New state-of-the-art, flagship BMW retail centre opens in Santiago
December 2013 - Inchcape was delighted to officially open its new landmark BMW retail facility in Chile’s capital, Santiago. The 16,000 square metre flagship building in La Dehesa was opened with an exclusive media event attended by André Lacroix, Inchcape’s Chief Executive Officer, and BMW's Director for the Americas, Ludwig Willisch.

Customer areas include all the comforts that this premium brand promises, and new aftersales facilities have increased service capacity by 100% and parts storage capacity by a factor of 12. The centre offers innovative new benefits for customers including three-year free warranty and three-year free maintenance on all new vehicles. BMW’s ‘ServiceConnect’ offering includes industry pioneering concepts such as online service booking, mobile service and ‘Active Reception’ – where, following a free safety and vehicle health check, customers are invited to discuss repairs and receive an accurate time and cost estimate.
