Inchcape is transitioning from its current procurement and invoicing process to Coupa, a leading cloud-based e-commerce tool which is designed to connect buyers with their suppliers.

Coupa will be rolled out globally across Inchcape from November 2018 onwards

Coupa will be used to send purchase orders and receive invoices electronically. Once fully launched, it will also enable:

  • Creation of electronic invoices
  • Faster invoice-to-pay process with convenient, real time visibility of invoice/payment status
  • Better communications with Inchcape

No installation of hardware or software is required, and the service incurs no fee for you to pay.

Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP):
 

An email invitation will be received to register on the CSP. Purchase Orders can be viewed, and invoices sent electronically. This is our recommended option as you will have full visibility of all your orders and invoices.

Supplier Actionable Notification (SAN)

Enables action directly from your email inbox. Purchase Orders can be received, and invoices created without registering or logging in to the Coupa Supplier Portal.

cXML transmission

Invoices are sent in an InvoiceDetailRequest cXML format and posted directly to Coupa via an HTTP post.
